Easy DMS - Storing Files

Hello Experts,

I have installed Easy DMS in my computer and I am already able to log on in my SAP System.

I have created the Private Root Folder and the Public Root Folder.

I have added a document in the Publlic Root Folder and linked it to an object (a material). I can see the document in CV02N.

The issue is that others users, from other computers, can not open the file inside the document. It seems the file is still in my computer, my local drive.

I had a look in AL11 but I can't see the file. I've been reading about defining a carrier and a vault in transacction DC20 but I have not succed.

Could you help me a bit please?

I had already done the "Best Practices" configuration.

I wil now have a look to the "Collateral Management" link you gave me.

The other for the wiki is not working.
