SRM Shopping cart follow-on documents

Hello,

Iu2019m working in SRM 7.01 SP5 classic scenario. I created a Shopping cart in SRM and the follow-on document on ECC system.

I see that the system has a different behavior between SC of goods and SC of services. In case of SC of goods, I can see the follow-on documents on u2018Related documentsu2019 tab in SRM, even if the documents are created directly on ECC system. In case of Shopping cart of services, only follow-on documents created in SRM are displayed.

Have you any suggest about this behavior?

Hello,

In classic scenario, follow on document will be created always in ECC.

Backend document number should be displayed when using material or service. Item type shouldn't be relevant.

Hello Ricardo,

PO documents are always created on ECC but confirmations can be posted in SRM or in ECC.

When I display SC from SRM, on u2018Related documentsu2019 tab I can see GR document created on ECC only in case of Material item; in case of PO of services, I canu2019t see the R/3 document number.

Please, have you any suggest?
