Taxware scripts on unix

Hi Guys ,

Is anyone running ADP Taxware solution with CRM systems ?

If yes please help with a problem :

We have installed the ADP taxware on a unix server and connected with CRM through RFC which uses Registered server Program. Now the problem we are facing is that the Script we use in Unix SIDAVPRFC.sh gets killed avery now and then whic results in failing of RFC so we have start the script manually again to make it work.

Have tried contacting ADP but with no good solution.

Have tried nohup and & options also.

Has anyone got any solutions for this ?

Hello,

Please check...

- if the registered program can be used in parallel

then the program can be registered multiple times at one

gateway. Note 353597 provides an example on how to register

test program rfcexec.

- if the registered program cannot run in parallel, the only way is to

increase the gw/reg_timeout parameter (in your case increase the

CPI-C Timeout parameter in SM59 under Technical setting tab)

which leads potentially to long waiting times.
