Hi Experts,

we are implementing SAP® CRM Sales Mobile Application Version 2.0. we have done all configuration as per guide u201CSAP® CRM Sales Mobile Application Setup and Configuration Guide Release 2.0u201D in Netweaver mobile .When I register a device from SUP, queue is getting blocked in SMQ2.

Queues blocked in SMQ2 :

MMW_RR_RR05J05200P - RR05J05200P_DRFILLING_003(FM) - The function module is not active or contains no c

MMW_Q_000000000000000118 - SDOE_ESDMA_BE_SEARCH - Syntax error in ZDOECL_052_000_0_BW

MMW_RR_RR00000000C - RR00000000C_DRFILLING_002 -Syntax error in program ZDOECL_000_00C_MWFLSMMW

SDOE_APPSETUPQ - SMMW_CALL_ADAPTER - Syntax error in ZDOECL_052_006_0_BW

Current Server Versions :Netweaver Mobile 7.1 SP13 and Gateway SP07

Note : MAS_SALES_ORDER Data Object (Object Name :ZDOECL_052_000_MWSR) Contains Syntax Error when i do DO check.

Kindly provide solution to solve this issue.

Hi Eder,

After a long weekend I've solved the error:

First of all make sure to apply all the notes.

Then I reset the queues on client 000 and waited until they were done

After that I applied note 1646015 and waited until the queue was done.

That seemed to solve the syntax error on the program and queues are working fine now.

I am interested in implementing CRM Sales 2.0 but I am unable to find MOB_CRMS 200 add on for SAP CRM in SAP Service Marketplace. Can anyone of you point me to the right direction to download the application?

And also, is there any configuration guides for the implementation of CRM Sales 2.0?

Hi Tau,

MOB_CRMS 200 (SAP CRM Sales 2.0 Addon 2.0) is not free, you need to contact SAP then only it will be available for you to download.

Hi Senthil,

I am facing big problem while setting up the sap crm sales 2.0 with sybase.

Landscape is as:

1. CRM 7.0 + MOB_CRMS200

2. SAP NetWeaver Mobile SP07 

3. SUP 2.1 with ESD#2

4. iOS/Windows Laptop.

I will share the steps which i followed:

1. Setting up CRM with add-on as per document which came with this application.

2. setting up the Netweaver Mobile as per document.

3.In SCC--> Created the Security, Domain and application id as per document.

4. In ESDMA Bundle i copied the sup-db.xml file and mentioned sup listener url:

'http://<SUP ip Addr'>:8000/doe/publish'

and i followed the Note 1655954.

5. In Utility Command Line its giving the default URL as:

'iiop://<sup id addr>:2000'

Clicked enter-->asked for supAdmin password...provided-->then asked for domain-->security-->location of ESDMA Bundle (which we copied and copied sup-db.xml in that)

then provided the application id as: sap_crm.

then provided the SAP Technical username and password (which is maintained same in CRM and Netweaver Mobile).

its showing the deployment successfully.

But when i register the device in SCC using all this details , the device is not coming online.

But when i used the default domain, the user is coming online. but its not coming with the domain which we have created.

Note: As per troubleshoot document the path which is mentioned there its not getting created as follows:

UnwiredPlatform/InstallLogs/silentInstall/CRM/CRM_ESDMATMP/META-INF.

My question is what is the  Domain and Security used for, and whatever steps i have followed whether those are correct or not.

Please help.

This issue is very critical.

hello saket, i followed same steps like you, your device coming online with SAP CRM SALES aplication which is deployed ?

my device only comes online with a direct connection on <none> domain settings without an application.

But when i use sap_crm:1.0 application it doesnt come online and no sap connectivitiy.

Is your situation same ? I can not connect with an application.

Hi Bilen,

Ya my device coming online & data is also coming on device app.

What you need to do is....

1. Don't Create any domain in SCC.

2. Create security as mentioned in document.

3. Deploy your ESDMA on default domain...and select the security which you have created in SCC.

provide SAP Technical username and password.

And in SCC create user as

1. user: some name

2. server: external ip addr

3. port : 5001

4. application ID : leave blank

5. farm id : 0 or (provide as per relay server)

6. Security Configuration : security which you have created in SCC

7. Domain : leave blank

8. specify activation code : anything like (123)

On application....

Provide all details except domain...leave domain as blank.

Try this out this will definitely work.
