Hi,

i am trying to adhoc move product from Bin A to Bin B in 2 different storage type, but i get error

"Warehouse bin B in plant XYZ is not valid for this product/HU.

Any reason why do i get this error.

Hi Sandeek,

Have you checked to see:

1. Product master is defined for the warehouse number

2. Bin is defined in the combination of storage type de section. Please introduce only the bin number and the system will bring them automatically.

3. Warehouse process type 3030 is customized ok.

4. Warehouse storage type permites that kind of stock in storage. Check warehouse storage type in SPRO.

2. Bin is defined in the combination of storage type de section. Please introduce only the bin number and the system will bring them automatically. ( YES )

3. Warehouse process type 3030 is customized ok.( YES, even the correct document type and item type has been put ).

4. Warehouse storage type permites that kind of stock in storage. Check warehouse storage type in SPRO. ( There is no such attribute in customizing of the Storage type to check the stock type.

Hi sandeek,

In the customizing for Warehouse Storage Type you have the following for the stock type check:

1. Availability Group

2. Non-Dep. Stock Type

3. Stock Type Role

Please check those.
