SOLMAN_SETUP: browser doesn't react on buttons pressing

Hi all.

We are configuring SAP SM 7.1 SP4

When I start the transaction SOLMAN_SETUP and IE window opens - I can't do anything. I can see the first overview page, but when i press on navigation menu or others links/buttons - nothing happens.

What can it be?

Hi,

Please check this thread:

I faced a similar issue, but got a time out error too before the screen becomes unresponsive.

Perhaps a kernel update, ITS update or the note mentioned in the thread should solve the issue.

Thank you for such a quick answer.

We do not have any pop-up window but will try to follow your steps.
