Contract Manager Secutiry Profile

Dear All,

We have a requirement to allow contract manager to delete the contract doc on draft pahse.But If i Assign him the permission fro administrative delet he is able to delete the contract even in the executed phase.

Also, If I assign him the permissions for Delete he is not able to delete any document in any pahse.

Please suggest the way forward.

Administrative delete permission should allow the users to delete contract document if it is not currently checked out by another user.

For normal delete permission the users can delete the contract document if it was added by self, if there has been no phase change, no other usersu2019 check ins and not currently checked out by other users.

Please make sure that none of the above conditions are meeting for the document you are trying to delete.
