Good Morning PS gurus,

For one project change documents are not seen in CN60 (after Jan2012). How over there are changes made on that project which we can see in JCDS table.

Please help why we are not able to see the changes in CN60

Thanks

MM

Hi Menaka,

In addition to Gokul's reply, there are 2 different check boxes in Project Profile and Network Type parameters for Change Documents and Status Changes. It seems that in your case only Status Change is activated so you are seeing status changes in JCDS. For checking field changes other check box must be ticked.

Hi,

Can you see changes before 1st Jan 2011 in CN60?

If not, I guess change documents may have been activated after creation of project.

User did't make any changes in CJ20N for project.hecne we can't see change documents in CN60. It was user's mistake.

Check if the Change Documents check box is ticked in the project profile that you are using in this particular project. Alternatively you can also check CDHDR or CDPOS table and see if there are any entries for this project.
