SAP Developer access key is not working

Hi all,

I have a vague problem. I am trying to log into a new SAP ECC system for development, so we got the DEVELOPER ACCESS KEY from market place. But its not working it says incorrect entry.

We have double checked with installation no: , User ID and Key. We are filling the exact key generated but still fails. Did any body face such situation?

Check with SAP Basis component version also.

Thanks for the response but how does the basis component matter for access key since we dont give the basis component in market place while generating the access key.

Sorry...my mistake. Basis version is required only for object keys.

Hi,

It might be the developer key for the BW system.

Check that. and request the relevant developer access for the ECC system

We tried multiple times deleting and registering the ID and it worked.
