Hi,
if you want to copy segments from IDOC, you can use transaction WE19. On production system run this transaction and choose "Existing Idoc". Here you will see all segments and data in it.
On test system run transaction and you can choose "Basic type". Insert the type from productive system and go on. You will see empty segments. Double click on them and you can fill them. If you double click on productive too, you can simple copy and paste.
After finishing you can process it via button above: Standard inbound, Standard outbound. It depends on the IDOC direction.
