Swedish charecters Ö Ä Å are printed as # # # after print output from PO

Hello SAP,

We have extended classic scenario, SRM 7.0

Buyer uses swedish langauge in creating SC PO Etc, in case of PO print output directly from SRM the swedish charecters being printed as # # # # ( Hash )

If the same PO print preview then print then no issues.

Please let us know how this can be solved.

The similar issue in case of Chinese an brazil charecters are becomming another special charecters

critical golive issue please suggest.

Hi Vinod,

This seems to be a Basis issue, please co-ordinate with your Basis team. Also please review the SAP note:-

1560259 - '#' characters in print preview.

Hi Anshu,

We are also facing this issue in Production only not in Deve & Quality.

When we are creating a SC with Sob(shop on behalf) we are getting.

we have implemented the following notes also

please check that the following notes are also implemented in the system

1560259 '#' characters in print preview

1586938 Output preview: Shopping cart name contains unknown chars

Still the problem is there
