SAP F&R: Error while transferring the Planninc Cycle using the FRE01

Hi Retail Experts

I am trying to transfer the Material to the F&R system through the transaction FRE01 (selecting my article and the RP type=11 and checking on the Send Loc/Prod/LocProd etc).

The planning cycle was created for the sites and maintianed in the article master in the Logistics DC and Logistics Store views. I made sure to maintain a stock of 1 using the MB1C for the movement type 501.

After executing the FRE01 transaction, I go and check the fre_ui transaction. In the logs for the Master Data Procurement Cycles, I see the error "Planning cycle 001 for site AN02 cannot be converted in procurement cycle."

I am not able to troubleshoot the error.

Can anyone help me here?

Hi Shantanu,

is the system allowed to transfer procurement cycles? You activate it in the F&R customizing (--> Maintain basic settings for data transfer)

Has a planned delivery time been maintained in the article logistics data resp. in the purchasing inforecord?
