SD PRICING : condition type : forbid users to maintain twice a cond type

Hello,

Could you tell me if I can ( in the standard SAP solution) forbid to the users to maintain twice a condition type in a sales order ? I don't want to develop a specific solution with abap routines, but I would like to implement it by customizing if possible

I have currently an issue on the quotation VA21 in which all the - manual- conditions types are maintained twice because of bad change made on the GuiXt > the consequence : all manual conditions types are doubled

Many thanx but unfortunately, the OSS note you gave me can not help me ; indeed first, the issue has been fixed with the 4.6 B release, furthermore my problem is identified on the item level and not at subitem level. I do not know if it is possible in the standard SAP system ; what I know is that other consultants on my project have implemented abap routine to fix the issue I mentioned above and I would like to apply only the SAP standard
