Updating an Excel Sheet from PI Adapter

Hello Experts,

Have you ever updated an Excel Sheet (existing in some directory) directly from PI Adapter. Please note that this is not creation of excel sheets, just an updation on the exsisting sheet.

Scenario here is the client is using this excel as a DB.

You need to develop an adapter module and add it into a module chain in receiver file adapter

Standard File adapter wont support Excel file reading/writing, try adapter with adapter module and enter Excel file name in CC.

i think it updates(bot sure).
