SAPLPD.exe error

Hi All,

User has got an intermitted error, and only affects sap. When closing the SAPLPD window at the end of the day user receives an exception error.Below is the error the user is getting

SAPLPD.exe--The instruction at "0x7c9113c0" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

The frontend local printer is used with access method F and type SAPWIN.Kindly provide me the solutions for my issue

Try U for universal and HPLJ4 for the driver. let me know if that works.
