ContextualPanel UIelement Usage

Hi,

I am new to webdynpro, I need to know abt ContextualPanel UIelement .I have to develop one page with ContextualPanel UIelement

i have to create links depending on data selection on lefthand side means (one or more linkto actions) depending on selection of url ihave to display view on right hand side.

I need some documentations ,pdfs ,.....

Pls help me.....
