Free text line items not getting loaded while workbook import

Hi,

We are using SAP sourcing 7. We are trying to do contract load through workbook. However we are facing issue where we see that the master agreements and agreements are getting created, but the line items are not getting loaded correctly.

If there is a free text line item in any contract, then that line item does not get loaded. The trace file shows all the records as Inserted, and doesn't give any error for any generic line item for data migration.

This is happening only when we load huge data through workbook. If we load the same record separately through workbook, the generic line item gets loaded.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

This issue is solved now. The problem was that even if there is 1 line item which has a data error and doesnu2019t get loaded during the import, the system stops the import for all the line items coming after that.

In the trace file, the records show as inserted but these are actually not created in the system.

I imported the load file after removing all line item errors, and both material master items and generic items got loaded correctly.
