Unable to PGI: Handling Unit has status Cannot be Changed Process Cancelled

Dear experts,

We use RF transactions to pack/unpack/load/unload in our system. We have activated lean WM.

We were trying to move/transfer few materials rom Handling Unit X to Handling Unit Y on delivery A. In the process of doing so the we have wrongly scanned Handling Unit Z on delivery B and tried to pack those items (unknowingly but same materials on both HUs) with delivery A. Now we are facing problems with unassigning/Unpacking the HU Z with the error "Handling unit has status Cannot be Changed - Process Cancelled. We need to detach the HU Z from delivery A now before doing PGI.

Any inputs on how to get rid of this error?

We are not able to PGI the delivery beacuse of this.

I selected the HU and tried to delete it and then unassign it. Tried this in various ways and it ultimately popped up a german dialog box asking to unassign the delivery. Did this and the HU was deleted.

Hi AP, How do we change the status? Currenty it is set as PHEX (Physically Exists) and WHSE(In Warehouse). This needs to be changed to what? Its already.

Is the Handling units assigned to the delivery ?.If yes then go to VL02 N transaction then select pack Icon then select the handling unit then select un assign the handling units from the delivery Icon.

It will un assign the handling units.

We are aware of the standard process to unassign/unpack handling units. But we are having trouble with one particular Handling Unit that we wrongly scanned that belonged to an another delivery. Whereas we are able to unassign/unpack the other HUs.

If you are trying to un assign the handling unit what is the error are you getting ?What is the status of other delivery ?.Is it PGIed or anything pending.Do PGI other delivery then do the process.

Error when we try unassigning the HU : "Handling Unit has Status Cannot be Changed Process Cancelled"

The other delivery is PGId successfully

The system status of HU => PHEX (Physically Exist), WHSE(In Warehouse).
