Automatic valuate result

Dear best qm expert here,

I have a problem with requirement from customer that to not show the pop-up to select "ACCEPT" or "REJECT" for every char. when user click valuate button system should valuate automatically with out pop-up

I try to change the basic setting at plant level in configuration

tab = record result

field record configuration = 1 automatic cost

but result is not change system still not select "ACCEPT" or "REJECT" automatically and still have pop up to select.

do we have to use user-exit for this requirement?

goto SPRO>QM> Basic Settting >setting at Plant Level > Plant> Result Recording > Recording Configuration > Automatic Close.

Also check the sampling procedure--->valuation mode -->reove manual & put it anything other than manual

Dear Gujar,

my sampling procedure setting is

sampling type = fixed sample

valuation mode = attributive inspection nonconf. unit

inspection point = with out inspection point

control chart type = blank

multiple sample = not multiple sample

and at setting plant basic data = automatic close.

result

system still do not tick first 2 column "ACCEPT" or "REJECT" automatically

Can we solve this requirement with standard?

check std help :

+Acceptance decision for an inspection characteristic using the fraction of nonconforming units corresponding to an n-c or n-c-d relationship (special case d = c + 1).+

If no valuation is possible, the system switches internally to a manual valuation.

Means from the data you entered ,system could not determine automatic valuation.

check sample size and acceptance number

What scope are you using in your MIC? You have to use "fixed" scope.

Yes, I use Fixed scope for all MIC.

It seem like this required many master data setup to fulfill this requirement.

May be i will consider customization way.
