Hi

Can any one explain about the columsn in Funds over view report.S_ALR_87013556 - Funds Overview

Wats is meant by given below and when the values will cum?

1. FF budget

2.Ext proc(when the value will cum)/External procurment

3.int Act.

4.Misc.

5.fds res.

6.Resordpl.

Hi,

I think :

1) FF Budget : Following Fiscal budget ( Really is Budget in Fiscal Year +2 : In this case 2014)

2) External Procurement : Actual Cost entered in materials with Val category : 415

3) Internal Activity : Actual cost entered in materials with Val category 600

4) Miscella: Calculated : Actual Cost - External procurement - Internal Activity - Stock issue

5) Funds Reservation : reserves done in Founds ( not sure how it is calculated)

6) Residual orden Plan : I think this value are cost plan entered in orders ( maintenance, production..), they are only takn in account when order is in status Released,, not TECO or CLOSED.
