Hello All ,
I`ve succsesfully installed SAP Ecc 6.0 EHP 4 , on windows server 2008 R2 with Database : MSSQL server 2008 R2
What is the backup procedure in case anything happened with the server or database by detailes please .

You've 3 main Backup components you've to take care.
1. Database & Transaction Log
2. SAP EXecutables, Profiles and Transport Directory
3. Operating System inlcuding Database Software and Registry
For the 1st, previous replier give info.
For 2nd, its better to take backup in the following cycle:
- before and after SAP Kernel Upgrade
- Monthly backup of \usr\ directory
For the 3rd;
- Before and after every OS and DB support package application
- 4 per year or at least 2 per year is good

Hello,
Using MS SQL Studio backup your database and transaction logs.
Also you can take a offline backup. It is very simple process using MS SQL studio.
For SAP , take backup of file system.
