Master data for fleet equipments

Hi Guys,

How can i create the structure for fleet equipments.For example,i have a truck.Iam creating this as an equipment.Our client requirement is under the truck -1.Engine section

2. Frames and Axels Section

3. Transmission Section

4. Electricals Section

5. Fluid System section

6. Fuel systems Section

7. Cabin and Hood section

How can i map to the equipment structure.And also for reporting purpose.

Hi

You can create Truck as fleet equipment & under it create engine/transmission section etc as sub equipment, however for fluid section & fuel section do you need to create separate object, I mean you can capture history with respect to the truck itself. As such you can create sub equipment hierarchy as per your requirement. By this reporting can be taken care aslo.
