Hi, basisguy2012.
To be able to use the basic SAP Solution Manager functions you are to maintain your SAP customer number(s).
Go to SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> SAP Partner -> Basic Setup for Several SAP Customer Numbers -> Maintain SAP Customer Nubmers (or go to SM30 -> V_AISAPCUSTNOS).
Here you can maintain the Custoner Number of your organization. After this step you'll be able to maintain S-User in AISUSER.

Thanks a lot...

Due to Configuration Guide of SAP SM 7.1:
"6.17 Message u201CPartner 00000 not found u2013 see long textu201D is displayed while saving entries in the AISUSER Table
This is a warning which can be ignored. Select u201Centeru201D and proceed.
This is a warning which can be ignored. Select u201Centeru201D and proceed."
So you can ignore this warning.
Hi,
Please check below Wiki:
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/cweUDw
Are you configured to handle multiple customer numbers.
However, the view V_AISAPCUSTNOS may not maintained correctly.
Check if it is maintained with S-user ID info instead of customer number or not?
Please delete the old entries on S-user ID in view V_AISAPCUSTNOS and addd corect entries.
Upon executing transaction code AISUSER, you should see the
column "User" and "Contact Person".
The "User" column should have the logon user id defined whereas
"Contact Person" is the corresponding S-user ID.
It should be set with your S-user ID without the "S" and the preceding
zero.
eg. if logon id to the system is ABCDEF and S-user id is S0001234567,
the following entry should be made in the column.
User Contact Person
ABCDEF 1234567
Thanks
Regards,
Vikram
