Maintenance plan costing

Hello,

Am trying to get the planned cost of 200 maintenance plans in IP31. When i put the range of flocs and execute, its giving me an error. Am not sure why?

1) When i put one floc at a time in IP31, it gives a report of value $164,000.So i thought this is working. But when i put the next floc, it gives the same value...So basically if i put one floc at a time, it gives the same value for all 200 maintenance plans. What is the error here?

2) There is a big difference in dollar value when i press F8 & when i press Display costs in IP31? why is the difference coming?

3) What is the best way to get the Planned cost of Flocs/Maintenance plans in PM? I tried IW38 and that also dont work properly.

Please advice.

i dont find any functional location in the selection screen for IP31. its only plan, category and strategy..
