WBS element costing (CJ40) not appears in cost report!

Hi Experts,

As I do the WBS element costing via Tcode CJ40, I found that:

+ the WBS cost only appears in cost report S_ALR_87013533 (Plan/Actual/Commitment/Rem.OrdPlan/Assigned)

+ and not appears in other reports such as S_ALR_87013532 (Plan/Actual/Variance).

Please help to advise.

Hi Khoa,

Sorry, I cannot see your examples ( I have porblems with authorizations). One question, are your plan costs entered in the project/WBS or in a order/ network?

because If I am not wrong ;

S_ALR_87013533 : include order values

S_ALR_87013532 : doesn't inlcude order values ( not only for plan if not for all report)

Does this make sense for you?

I enter in WBS element level by Tcode CJ40.

Hi,

Make sure that you are using same DB profile for both reports. Also I hope you are entering same version in selection screen.

For sure that the same database profile, the same cost version.

Attached files are the results different between 2 reports: S_ALR_87013533 and S_ALR_87013532.
