hi all ,
we have a requirement where we need to send smart form content in body of email (not an attach ment). i converted it html format and send it to my outlook account. but the format is totally changed and image logo is coming in big size.when i clicked on 'view this in browser' in outlook, then message is appearing in correct format in the browser. what is the issue here. i searched so many blogs and found nothing. is this possible or is this issue with outlook. in SOST, message is in correct format. i am facing problem in only outlook. kindly give response. do we need to do anything regarding outlook. kidnly share your knowledge.
Thanks in advance.
Better convert the content into PDF format
then send the file as an attachement.

Hi,
using Smart Forms You can get great printouts or PDF attachments.
You have to be carefull when You want to convert it to HTML.
I haven't try this before, but if You create simple smartform,
You can get similar HTML output - for complicated for sure not.
Regarding picture issue - printout and HTML preview may use different image resulotion
(i.e. 300dpi for printout and 72 for screen display), so simply create another, smaller picture.
PDF attachment would look the same as printout,
but I do not know if this meets Your requirement.
