I want to configure the automatic mail to reporter when a incident changes the status from new to under construction.
I´ve changed the action profiles and the conditions but the automatic mail doesn´t go out.
No Mail will be generated when the status is changed.
Has no one an idea what it can be?

No email will be generated if sender and reciever is same so you need to deactivate a BADI, please check below for more details:

After creating message please check in actions tab if any mail action was triggered? If not seems its not configured. You will need to configure action as per above blog. Please check configuration and let me know the result.

Hi Damian.
I understand that you have define the action in SPPFCADM transaction and schedule it too. In action tab that action is called? if its is not being called that means problem is with action definition or action scheduling.. If is it being called but failing, then there are other possibilities.

In SAP SM 7.1 you can't see new transaction types (SMIN, SMIV and others) in CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Only old types - SLFN and others.
So you can see SMIN in workcenter or WebUI. Also you can find a message in TC crmd_order (but only by entering defined number of the message).
Manually I can execute actions. And when I configure the action of mailing from autmoatic to manual then I can manually send mails to te reporter. But when I configure it to automatic it doesn´t send a mail to the reporter.
Go to crmc_action_def.
Choose your action profile and action.
What do you have in Action Settings (processing time and flags) and Action Determination-Action merging?
In Processing Timer there is "Processing When Saving Document" and flag in Schedule Automatically and in Action Determination is Technology "Determination Using Conditions that Can Be Transported" in Rule Type "Workflow Conditions" and in Action Merging "Max. 1 Action for Each Action Definition"
