Actual values are showing negative in S-ALR-87013557 report

Hello Mentors,

I am facing a problem while executing S-ALR-87013557 report. All 'Actual' values are showing negative for all projects.

Not able to understand why this is happening.

Please suggest your valuable opinion.

Hi Amlan,

This is strange, I assume you don't have negative actual cost . Could you check the layout of th report S_ALR_87013557:

Go to transaction CJE5 --> Form 12KST1B --> Click Actual column --> It should be retrieving values with Value type 4 and 11. Is this correct?

Hello Amlan,

You may try to execute the program RKACOR04 (with actual and update indicator tick) to see it helps to rebuilld the actual value.
