service desk: send email to reporter only when support team updates msg

Hi Expeort.

I am configuring the incidenet management for solution manager 7.1. Right now when support team members save the message, a email notice will send to the reporter and support team. and when end user (reporter) reply message, email will send to support team and reporter himself. My problem is I can not tell who is updaing (saving) meesage, and the email notification will go to support team and reporter when the message is saved. The email will go to reporter even the reporter is updaing the message. I want the email goes to reporter only when support team is updaing message. Does anyone know a way other than ABAP programming? Thanks in advance,
