Hi,

can you check the auth for the uesr ID specified in RFC destination in the Table BCOS_CUST , whether it has necessary access to create the service desk ticket.

you can check the slg1 log to get the exact issue.

Thanks,

Hi Govardhan,

Please check if Back RFC is working or not? Have you tried to create message directly into Solman system? Are you getting same error message in solman systen? If yes then problem is with solman system not with satellite system.

Thanks

Hi Govardhan,

Number range is no issue if you can create message from solman system.

In which system are you getting these errors?

Check in solman system in DNO_NOTIF if it has something?

Also check in trx: DNO_CUST01 please tell me what you can see there?

thanks

Hi,

Please check if the user creating message in Solman system having BP in Solman system. If not create BP using transaction BP_GEN and assign system in identification tab of that BP.

Let me know results after.

HI,

I'm using 800 client , which is ECC6 EHP5 IDES,so i think this is not problem with client.

BCOS_CUST i have maintained "OSS_MSG W SM_V71CLNT001_BACK CUST620 1.0"

I have assigned the roles in both systems for users.

question: how to change SLFN type to SMSD_ABA_MLDG_SERVICEVORGANG or SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO?

where i need to maintain number range? can you guide me?

Logical system defined.

"Modification of the standard settings of the message type SLF1" how to do this?

Please Help me on this.

govardhan
