Unable to access NWA and Exchange Profile

Hi

I am working on PI 7.1. When I click on the Netweaver Administration tab, I am not able to access it. I get an error like this.

Caller xxx not authorized, required permission missing (javax.management.MBeanPermission -#Filters

I am also not able to access Exchange Profile.

What roles should I have under the "Roles" tab in SU01 so that I can access both?

Hi Radhika,

You need to go to User Management ( UME) link from PI portal main page and assign these roles to your id.

In case you don't have UME access, assign your id the following roles from SU01:

1) SAP_J2EE_ADMIN

2) SAP_XI_USER_DISPLAY_J2EE

There might be other customised roles from ABAP end to allow access to portal. Get in touch with your security team and they will guide you.

Hi Radhika,

Give your id this role "NWA_READONLY" and "SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER" in the portal UME.

Hi Sonia,

Thanks for your help. Do I have to add in SU01 under Roles tab? I am not sure how to access portal UME. I am not able to access Exchange Profile also
