Issue with PO in SRM Portal - Object or set with GUID 0000 does not exist

Dear All,

While trying to create PO in SRM portal I am getting the following error, Object or set with GUID 0000 does not exist.

Also for the SC which got created for ECC (as part of PDP) we are not able to trigger a PO, neither does a PO get triggered automatically.

I have tried using SE37 - BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER, but there is no output. Even RZ20 has no entries.

Please note that we have a new landscape, and we have not been able to create any PO in the SRM system.

So may be there is some configuration that is not maintained. But I have used all standard configuration.

Hi,

Generally there are 2 reasons for kind of issue:

1. Attribute BSA not defined in the org structure.

2. Correct config under SPRO : Define Backend System for Product Category.

Also ensure that transaction types and number ranges for PO are appropriate in SRM & ECC both.

In SRM : ECPO with internal number range.

in ECC : ECPO with external number range.
