unable to select ERP6EHP6 to download files

Hello All,

I have a ERP6EHP5 system and a solution manager 7.01 SPS28.

I plan to download ERP6 EHP6 installation files via solution manager. But i cann't select EHP6 in Maintenance Optimizer Transaction. Following is the detail.

1. tcode: dswp.

Operations -> change management -> maintenance optimizer -> create new maintenance transaction.

2. A website is popup.

choose solution and product version.continue

3. choose 'calculate files automatically - recommended'' in 'choose file selction mode' tab. continue.

4. choose 'ehancement package installation' or 'maintenance' in 'update options' tab. continue.

5. In 'target enhancement package product version', i can onlys see one option 'EHP5 for SAP ERP 6.0'. I can't see/choose the 'EHP6 for SAP ERP 6.0', which is i really want to choose.

please help me with the strange issue...

Thanks for your kindly reply.

The first one note doesn't work.

The issue describled in second note is fixed in SAPKITL427. But my solution manager system has applied SAPKITL438. So this note is note suitable.

Any ohter advice?

Hi Tao,

I guess that the problem is that EHP6 is still in ramp-up phase:

Then, you should join the ramp-up to get the product.

The EHP6 is exactly in ram-up phase.
