ESR Error - Unable to launch the application

Hi All,

Iam trying to start duet developments in ESR system for which when I clicked Enterprise Services Builder, Iam getting the error - "Unable to launch the application".

Earlier, when I clicked Enterprise Services Builder link, first time I used to get the err - "Unable to launch the application". But when I try it again second time, I used to open the ESB properly.

But now it is not able to open.

Can anybody look into this issue.

Please help.

Thanks for your valuable post.

I will do workaround by following the guidelines posted by you and get back to you.

Mean while I am working in the ESR system using some other user (In this user, Iam able to open ESR system).
