Adhoc supplier Survey and Supplier communication

Hi,

We are in SRM 7.0 SP2 classic scenario.

We are exploring the option of the conducting the supplier evaluation, in particular conducting ad-hoc survey.

For enabling webservey cockpit what are the necessary config steps need to be carried out, and what are the specific roles need to be assigned.

We have an additional requirement to send out announcement to either to all suppliers or a specific group of suppliers, is there any means available which we can make use in the sending the announcements to suppliers using SAP SRM.

Kindly provide pointers, your inputs will be highly appreciated.
