Hi
We have an issue, where in PPDS PRqRel(Cat BH @ Source Location and Category AG @ Destination location) are created using SNP Short Term Heuristics for a product which has '0' production horizon(Both SNP and PPDS).
But once we cross this horizon or date, we observe that product view shows the PPDS orders(Cat BH) with ECC numbers have created for above orders?. How this conversion is possible? We know that CIF is giving ECC number, but could not understood the logic how it is changing the application area from SNP to PPDS.
Any help?
Hi Kris,
Go to /sapapo/rrp3 and give your location product to come to product view.
In teh same screen, type GT_IO at the place where we type the transaction.
In the next screen, identify your Preq or PReqRel, and scroll to the extreme right to find out when the Preq or Preqrel was created.
Next try to identify the job or chain which created the Preq.
You can identify jobs running at that time in Sm37. If you use process chain, then you can go to ST13 T-code. Give BW-TOOLS, and press execute. Again execute with the selection as "process chain analysis". In the next screen, click on process chains, and then you can specify the time of run of process chain similar to what you do in SM37.

hi Kris,
You have the Preq Number.
In R/3, go to ME23N. If you reach the PO screen, then click on purchase order in the top menu bar. Now you can select the radio button for Purchase requisition and give the Preq number. Otherwise, if you reach the Preq screen, click on purchase Requisition-> Other Requisition, and then give teh PReq number.
Select any item of PO, and in the bottom part of the screen, click on the tab "Contact person".
This would tell you who created the Preq (it may be APO user). At least you can find out from here whether someone manually created the Preq or if it was created through APO.
Thanks - Pawan
