MDM Adapter listener could not start due to: The connection was closed.

Hi there,

We are getting the following errors on the MDM sender channles:

"MDM Adapter listener could not start due to: The connection was closed."

The channels have working perfectly before and now all of a sudden we are getting the error above.

The MDM guys have assured me that the repository is up on thier side.

Any ideas what this could be? We are running PI 7.0.

Hi Lynton,

Go to the communication channel for which you have used MDM adapter and see the status of the adapter.

Most probably the status of the adapter is INACTIVE change it to active save n activate.
