SAP Business One Server connection

Dear All,

I am trying to connect SAP Business One 8.81 PL05 client with a remote server through a static IP medium. When installation asks for Licence server details, I provide the static IP as Licence server name and port=30000 but it shows an error that "SAP DI API installation failed". Can you please tell me that is it possible to connect client to the server through a STATIC IP? if yes, then any other thing I need to do to make the connection possible. A quick reply will be highly appreciated. Thank You

Hi,

Welcome you post on the forum.

If you only use VPN, it will not be good enough. You need Terminal or Citrix server.
