Settlement issue!

Hi Expert,

In my current project, I use multi-level settlement, means that the settlement rule will from subordinate WBS element to superior WBS element.

When I run project settlement, with WBS elements or activities the status of which is CREATED, the system will raise error.

I know this is the standard behavior of system but it is so inconvenient.

Because if I want to avoid this error, I have to release the whole project, that what I don't expect.

Is there any solution for this?

Please help to advise.

HI,

Please create settlement variant for that project using t-code CJ8G and exclude those wbs elements, which are in status created.

And execute settlement and check.

Use 'Check transaction data' check box during settlements.
