Stock check when pick up the quantity in delivery

Hi,

I have one scenario where stock should be check in delivery when pick up the quantity (VL02N,VL06L,VL06O),

I have set credit management while PGI....so client want stock to be check when we pick up d quantity and system should not allow to save the delivery if shock quantity is less than pick quantity.

Process..

1) Sales user make sales order VA01 and create delivery(VL01N,VL10C or directly from open sales order(VA05N)) he is not authorised to pick the quantity in delivery.plse suggest the enhancement here

2) Account user open all delivery in VL06L and pick up the quantity and save it here system should check stock availability if stock is available then delivery can be saved but if stock is not available then system should not allow to save delivery with pick quantity. This user is not authorised for PGI he will only pick up the quantity.

3) Account HOD will do PGI in VL06O

plse suggest with authorisation enhancement

First you need to identify the relevant object for that which you can find from SU23 and unassign this object to the role which is assigned to that user.

system should not allow to save delivery

You can try with Delivery Enhancement V50S0001
