Hi Gurus ,

Need help.

For Extended Classical scenario

PO is getting replicated to backend R/3 but the EKKO-ADRNR is diffrent from LIFNR-ADRNR for each PO it creates a fresh ADRNR

Coz of this the address that are getting picked is not correct one as in XK03.

Yes the Address number(ADRNR) will be always be different in PO and Vendor Master Data. Because once you change the PO Address the master data should not be changed.

this happens for all the documents in SAP. For e.g when you create a PO or SD the Address details from the Business partner is fetched initial but when you save the PO or SD then SAP will create its local address number. i.e Address number of the business partner is never copied.

If you want your address to be in sync then Sync your SRM Master data from Backend MAster Data so that the address details are same. OR you can change the address details of the supplier directly.

Have already checked .... SRM vendor address and ECC vendor address is the same/in sync

Then what is the Difference? are you only concerned about Address no. ? As mentioned already the Address number will be different.

When PO is created, Address comes from SRM with out addrsss number and in SAP the address handle create a new address number and updates the PO table.

Note, It does not picks the address number from the ECC vendor(LFA1), it only check if the vendor exists in the system or not.
