Can i give give or check authority for Time Limit

In our business process, more than one persons are responsible for Academic calendar and Time limit

for example Admin A has responsibility for academic calendar A and

Admin B has responsibility for academic calendar B

and also academic calendar A also have many time limit and must be maintain by many administrator

for example Admin C have responsibility time limit 0100, 0200 and 0300

Admin D have responsibility time limit 0600, 0700

and if i want to check authority for this time limit bases

what do you recommend to solve this kind of requirements.

Hi,

Please create a Z table to store calendar ID and respective authorized User ID. Ask basis consultant to create authorization for transaction code PIQCAM. Let the program check this z table for maintaining calendar.

Thanks for your help and how about following way.

Create Z table is also same with you and we have BADI HRBAS00INFTY and using this BODY authority check would be OK.
