Hi Srikanth,
I guess SAPOSS RFC is not maintained.
Please check with you BASIS team to maintain the SAP Router details with router string for the connection to work.
To avoid any time issue, start the saprouter with command from drive for example C:\usr\sap\saprouter> saprouter -r -W 10000
Where -W set the timeout value. I usually keep them high to avoid any network delay.
Thanks

Hi,
Do you have a local IP address for your saprouter server? If yes, please change your tcode OSS1 settings for SAProuter 1 to reflect your local IP address.
SAPnet access from tcode OSS1 is no longer available. Please use tcode SM59 to verify your connection. SM59 and use the RFC-Destination 'saposs' to test the connection to SAP.
Hope the above helps.
With Regards,
Sp.

Hi Srikanth,
Check "saprouter.log", first. Additionally, it seems that you are facing with this problem, because of a component on the network. So, check your network components, such as firewall.
