Portal framework error

I need your suggestion in resolving the below issue :

We are trying to broadcast the Bi reports to portals in DLF client ,but when we are trying to open the portal page we are getting the following error.

*Error occurred while trying to access framework page: "pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/general/defaultAjaxframeworkContent/com.sap.portal.afpDesktop/frameworkPages/com.sap.portal.AFPpage",The object does not exist or you are not authorized to access it.If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.*

The customer hasn't used the Portal server after installation.

Kindly please suggest us ,how can we resolve the issue.

When followed the note S*AP Note 869690 - Error occurred while trying to access desktop, getting the below error.*

**We are getting portal runtime error**

An exception occured while processing your request .

Send your exception id to your portal administrator.

This is happening for all users ,even administrator user.

I have the same error, could you please help me to fix it?,. I have try to apply the notes but accour the next error.

usually notes 856865 and 869690 solve this problem. If they don't please please provide the system's ComponentInfo:

open in your browser:

http://<portal_host>:<port>/sap/monitoring/ComponentInfo with an administrator user.

Put its content here.
