you can use the information system of QM for reporting purpose.
SAP Menu->information system->logistic->quality management.

Hi you can see all the inprocess and final inspection details using tcode QA33 and for defects you can use tcodes Qm11,Qm12(Task), What exact report do you want.

i want to see lot wise ,part wise ,if serail number wise for results and defects which was recorded .
