I want to raise event with XI in R/3

Shai,

Create a Function Module and then use the same in XI by calling the function module using the RFC adapter.

it is better doing it in abap proxy?

what is the advantages of abap proxy on rfc ?

( I have already transaction which receives the file)

Hi Shai,

We can set the alerts using tcode ALRTCATDEF. If you want to raise the exception then call the function module(RFC or user defined).
