Java Proxy runtime for PI 7.1

Do we need to install Java Proxy runtime separately for PI 7.1for Java Proxies?

It is already comes with PI server. You have JPR up and running. No need to install.

Refer below link and see the configuration part of JPR.

Is there any way i can check this in system or access it?

Can we deploy the final EAR file directly to Central Adapter Engine?

Go to RWB -> component monitoring -> Adapter Engine -> JPR monitoring.

Proxy server status should be green. If not take help from BASIS
