Incorrect record at QA32

How can i delete the incorrect record at QA32?

You can hide,cancel or archive Inspection lot but you can not delete the inspection lot.

You have to UD the inspection lot first, otherwise you can not mark it as cancel. If you have already completed stock posting, you can use MIGO movement type 102 to reverse stock, then use t-code QA12, choose Usage decision -> Functions -> Cancel lot in the usage

NO NO NO

it is not necessay that to cancel the lot , you have to do UD.

And after UD and stock posting, you cannot cancel the lot.

u cannot do the 102 for that material document until and unless that amount of qty is not present in qualty stock

How and why is it incorrect? What type of inspection lot is it?

For an 01, 04, 08 lot you may be able to cancel the original material document.

For other lots you can got to QA02 and from the menu bar under the edit menu, select cancel inspection lot.

You can never actually get rid of the inspection lot. You can only cancel it.
