Pointing to central SLD inplace of local SLD

Hi ,

I want to change point local SLD to central sld link in http://hostname:50000/rep/start/index.jsp.

Please advise me.

Hi Kirthi,

Check also the note:

#1651999 - Incorrect hostname for SLD components - PI/XI

You may find some hints to change hostname in case anything is incorrectly configured.

As per the note am trying to change the Aii parameters to central SLD in xchange profile but xiprofile is throwing a error

I have one more question on this, If we are replacing the local sld with central SLD will there be any data loss. i.e contents of local SLD will be overwritten? If yes how to rectify that.

I donu2019t think there will be any data loss if you are configuring central SLD from local SLD.

My concern is that when we replace local sld to central sld will all the software components in local sld get replaced?

If yes how to rectify it.

I have one more issue regarding SLD. Sol man SLD version is lower than the local SLD(PI 7.3). Will there be any problem in replacing local sld?
