Priority Description Resource In Folder Location Error
Unbound classpath variable: 'WD_RUNITME_SAP_DICTIONARY_TYPES'.
Unbound classpath variable: 'WD_SERVICES_SAP_DICTTIONARY_TYPE_SERVICES'.
please suggest regarding these error..

May be you are missing any JAR file, which need to be add manually in the lib folder in NWDS.
The error is quite self-explanatory; you are missing the two named classpath variables
Go to Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Build path -> Classpath variables and define the two variables
